MSAsafetyshop delivers to business customers.
- We apply the regulations for business-to-business, whereby the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days does not apply.
- In the event of a manufacturer's fault or faulty delivery, a request can be made for a return or exchange of your item.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted under our conditions.
- Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without a request form.
- Each request will be evaluated individually.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST FORM
In order to process your request properly, please fill in the return form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Within 5 working days you will receive our evaluation of your request.

If your request is approved, you will receive a return order number. Please include the return order number in your shipment and return the items in original and undamaged packaging.
Returns without a return order number will not be processed.
MSAsafetyshop is not liable for lost shipments or damage during transport. For this reason, please always ensure proper packaging.
- Materials and products especially manufactured or ordered for you will never be taken back.
- You are obliged to check upon delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you must inform us in writing, stating reasons, as soon as possible and in any event within five (5) working days after delivery, or after observation was reasonably possible.
- If it has been demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, we have the choice of replacing the products concerned with new products upon their return or refunding the invoice values.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused, the packaging of the product is undamaged and any plastic seal on the packaging has not been broken, whereby the costs of return shipments are also borne by you.
- Our products come with a factory guarantee in accordance with our supplier's conditions. We are not obliged to give any guarantee on items on which repairs or other work or attempts to do so have been carried out by our client or by third parties without our permission.
- No guarantee is given by us on the used articles and products supplied by us; nor do we give any guarantee on hidden defects that may be attached to them, unless this provision has been explicitly deviated from in writing.
- In addition to the guarantee provisions described in these general terms and conditions, we are in no way liable for the items and/or materials and/or services supplied by us, nor for the repair or replacement of defects subsequently detected, nor for maintenance, nor for the proper functioning of the items or services when used.
- The content of the MSAsafetyshop website and webshop and the other communications of MSAsafetyshop have been prepared with the utmost care. MSAsafetyshop cannot give any guarantees regarding the nature, content and correctness of the information and prices and is therefore not liable for any apparent errors or inadequacies.
REFUND OF RETURN SHIPMENT
After the products have been received in good order, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, usually within 5 working days, but at the latest within 14 days after dissolution.
We will refund using the same method of payment that was used to make the payment. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
