Shipment & Pick-up
Orders are sent with GLS or DHL parcel service. If you are not present, GLS or DHL will leave a ticket behind. Is your country not available in our ship to list? Please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to request air or sea freight costs for your country.
We also offer the possibility to deliver your order to a different address. You can specify this when filling in your address. You can also choose to pick up your order at one of our offices. Within 1-2 business days we will contact you for a pickup appointment.
We will send an e-mail at the time of shipment of your order. Our carrier GLS or DHL will separately send an e-mail with a track and trace link to track your order.
When ordering you can specify that you want to pick up your order at one of our locations in the Netherlands or Belgium. Within 2 days we will contact you for a pickup appointment.
The costs of sending our items within the Netherlands and Belgium is € 6,95 incl. VAT. These amounts incl. VAT are not legally binding and we reserve the right to adjust this amount. The costs of returning an item is for the buyer.
We do our best to deliver the items within 1 - 12 days after payment of your order. The delivery time depends on the product and the method of payment. If you would like to be informed in advance of the delivery time, please send us an email to email@example.com.
